רפאל אליעזר בן רינה רייזל

Raffi has recorded, and hopes to further record, various shiurim/shmuessen as a way to stay connected and share his thoughts with everyone. He emailed it out to the addresses that he had but not everyone was able to get it or open it. It has been posted below and further shiurim will be posted here in the future. We'll try to let everyone know when a new one is up.

Tonight: Tuesday, Elul 4

Where: Glueck 418

R' Ari Bergman will be giving a shiur tonight 7:00-7:45 P.M. on Inyanei Yom Kippur/Teshuva. Anyone around is encouraged to come. If you were around two years ago, R' Ari gave an amazing and serious machshava shiur and tonight is sure to be along the same lines.

Hopefully, if there is interest, the shiurim will continue throughout the year.

A message from the Leicht's...

Hello friends and family,

My little brother, Raffi Leicht is in treatment for Lymphoma at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).

Raffi will need blood and or platelet transfusions over the course of the next several months.

If you might be available to donate, please reply to:

isaac.leicht@gmail.com

with your name, phone number and email address so I can keep you on file as someone to contact should the need for blood or platelets arise.

You may also include your blood type, if you know it.

Raffi's blood type is A+. Anyone with A+, A-, O+ or O- is a match for Raffi, but all donations are sincerely appreciated. For platelet donations blood type does not need to match.

You may also donate blood to the general supply at any time at the MSKCC Blood Donor Program: Blood Donor Room, Schwartz Building Lobby, 1250 First Avenue, between 67th & 68th Streets, 212-639-8177, 212-639-7643, www.mskcc.org/blooddonations. When you donate, tell them Raphael Leicht sent you and this will ensure that your donation goes into Raffi's account. However, donors on our list would be designating blood or platelets for Raffi specifically and will be scheduled by the family as needed.

Thank you and feel free to call or reply with any questions,

Isaac "Zaki" Leicht

ALSO

Aside from the daily Tehillim people continue to say, we have decided to try to split up all of Tehillim and have it said daily.

A change of heart...

With the new Matis CD taking it to a whole new level, we realized that if we didn't make a drastic change we could be pushed right out of the biz...
