ReplyDeleteK Chevra, just confirmed with Rav Noah, and the Chasuna is in fact on Monday (underlined), the twenty-six of July, not Thursday as the invitation reads. In fact if it was (italics) on "Thursday the 26 of July" then it would have to be in the year 2012 when July 26 is a Thursday. But wait, the wedding would then be during the Nine Days since Tisha B'Av in 2012 is July 29. If so, Tisha B'Av must have at that point become a Chag (V'NaHapukh, V'NaHapukh...)so that one could get married during that period of time. Woh. L'Shana Haba, brothers.
